Soper named new Ogallala Campus Administrator
Jennifer Soper has been named the new Mid-Plains Community College Ogallala Campus Administrator. She will be responsible for coordinating and supervising college operations at the community campus and working with local leaders to develop and deliver education and training opportunities.
