MPCC partners with UNK to offer transfer pathway in music
Mid-Plains Community College (MPCC) and the University of Nebraska at Kearney (UNK) have announced a new 2+2 transfer agreement designed to create a seamless pathway for students pursuing music education.
MPCC students selected for Nebraska Intercollegiate Band
MPCC students Adriana Black and Vanessa Wood have been selected as members of the 2026 Nebraska Intercollegiate Band. They will represent MPCC March 5-7 as part of the 65th annual Nebraska State Bandmasters Association convention in Lincoln.
Inter-High Day North Platte
Mid-Plains Community College’s 57th annual Inter-High Day brought together over 500 students from 22 area high schools to North Platte on Tuesday.
Rhea named NPCC “Head of the Class”
North Platte Community College Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration student Seth Rhea, of Lexington, was recognized as “Head of the Class” by Rex Kemp, HVAC instructor at NPCC.
