Mid-Plains Community College wishes to announce that it will host a site visit for continuing accreditation of its associate degree nursing program by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
You are invited to meet with the site visit team and share your comments about the program in person at a meeting scheduled at 1:30pm on Wednesday, October 18, in room 117E in the Health and Science Center located at 601 West State Farm Road, North Platte, NE 69101.

The Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) will conduct a site visit of the Mid-Plains Community College Dental Assisting Program on December 7-8, 2023 as part of its accreditation review. Per U.S. Department of Education requirements, the dental assisting program must solicit comments from interested third party individuals. Comments must be sent to CODA at least 60 days before the scheduled site visit.
The deadline for Third Party Comments is October 7, 2023.

Comments must pertain only to the standards relative to the dental program as listed above, or policies and procedures used in the accreditation process.
Third parties include communities of interest and the public such as faculty, students, program administrators, dental-related organizations, patients, and consumers.
Signed or unsigned comments will be considered. All relevant comments will have names and or/signature removed and will then be referred to the program at least 50 days prior to the site visit and response. Negative comments received after the established deadline of 60 days before the site visit will be handled as a compliant.
