Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree preferred with minimum of two years experience or four years welding shop experience. Excellent customer service, excellent organizational skills, ability/willingness to learn new skills and follow welding program curriculum.

Position: McCook Community College is looking for motivated, energetic, responsible, and team-oriented individuals for multiple Residence Life Assistant positions. Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in building construction with five years documented work experience in a carpentry/construction related field, or nine years documented work experience. Plus, basic computer skills, good communications skills and valid driver’s license required. Strong working knowledge & experience in construction, both new and remodeling, with emphasis in commercial construction trade work. Other related maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC preferred but not required. Candidate should be able and willing to learn additional technical skills including expanding their computer skills.

A State of Nebraska Journeyman electrical license is preferred but an apprentice with experience will be considered. Position: McCook Community College is seeking a part-time teacher to work with local high school students for career exploration in the area Welding Technology. This position is approximately six hours per week, M – TH 2:30 – 4:00 p.m. and will follow a traditional high school calendar.
Duties include but are not limited to teaching high school students basic welding techniques, working with full-time faculty to determine appropriate teaching activities, and encouraging high school students to pursue a career in welding.

Position: The North Platte Community College Facilities Department is seeking applicants for summer part-time labor. Cleaning, groundskeeping, and general maintenance are the primary job functions. Experience in mowing, cleaning, and maintenance is preferred but we are willing to train motivated individuals. These positions can work up to 38 hours per week for a maximum of 20 weeks. Master’s degree in nursing or master’s degree in progress. Currently licensed as a registered nurse in Nebraska and have five years of nursing experience. Experience in pediatrics and/or psychology preferred. Current experience with educational technologies including online instruction and distance learning.

Behind the Wheel and Range instructors will assist instruction of Behind the Wheel and Range training to the students at the Mid-Plains Community College Entry Level Driver Training program. Hours are flexible, instruction on the driving pad can happen daytime, evenings and weekends depending on your availability. Pay is $25.00 per hour.

Bachelor's Degree in a Health or Education related field and 4 years full-time occupational experience as a dental assistant to include at least 2 years as a chairside assistant. This experience must have been within the last 5 years if not currently teaching in an ADA CODA accredited dental assisting program. Additional Requirements: Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), Graduate of ADA CODA Accredited Dental Assisting Program, current CPR for Healthcare Provider, current immunizations for clinical participation and be able to meet the technical standards for the program.
