Bachelor’s degree with two years of experience working in accounting; experience with MS Office, specifically excel. Excellent customer service skills, ability to multi-task, and detail oriented. Position: Assist the area financial aid team with the development, implementation and management of all institutional, state, and federal financial aid and scholarship programs. Responsible for financial aid processing of related documents and awarding state and federal funding. Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in nursing or master’s degree in process. Must possess an unencumbered registered nurse license to practice nursing in Nebraska and have five years of nursing experience. Current experience with educational technologies including online instruction and Distance Learning. Experience with high-fidelity simulation preferred. Preferable Skills: Knowledge of the communities served and a willingness to promote the college by participating in community organizations/activities and by developing partnerships with business & industry as well as secondary and postsecondary education institutions. The North Platte Physical Resources Department manages facilities operations with our subdepartments maintenance and custodial. Bachelor’s degree is required, preferred in education, human relations, or similar/related field. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office applications, is familiar with the business community, understand a facilitator’s role and knowledge of career services delivery methods, is comfortable in facilitating/presenting programs, and enjoys working with a diverse clientele. Required: Master’s degree in mathematics or physics with at least 18 graduate hours in Mathematics required. Must demonstrate ability to teach all levels of mathematics, from developmental education to differential equations. Preferred: Community college teaching experience, experience teaching Physics, knowledge and experience in using current educational technologies, especially in ITV and online instruction, experience working in a computer math lab/center environment, knowledge and practice learner-centered instruction, ability to be a team builder.
