MPCC Valentine Campus to host Indian, Greek and salmon cooking class
The public will have the opportunity to learn how to cook Indian, Greek and salmon dishes during a new class offered by the Mid-Plains Community College Valentine Campus.
The class will be 6-7:30 p.m. Nov. 16 at the campus, 715 E. Highway 20, in Valentine.
Mitch Elliott, of Cherry Hills Estates, will provide the instruction, during which participants will learn about new recipes and preparation instructions and sample the food.
