College Success class learns about local businesses

Students in North Platte Community College’s College Success class visited three North Platte Canteen District businesses Wednesday morning to learn more about entrepreneurship and the community.

The participating students were:

• Anastazia Weir, of North Platte
• David Winkelmann, of LaVista
• Treyten York, of Scottsbluff
• Alex Schimek, of North Platte
• Sarah Perez, of San Antonio, Texas
• Rylee Hartnell, of Saskatchewan, Canada
• Kharmon Wells, of Fort Thompson, Colo.
• Jada Thompson, of Spring, Texas

The businesses they visited included Whitetail Screen Print/ Whitetail Cycle Sport, Double Dips and The Flower Market.
