Sedlacek receives keys to 1979 Pontiac Trans Am
Nancy Sedlacek, of Broken Bow, receives the keys to the 2024 North Platte Community College raffle car Monday afternoon in Broken Bow. Sedlacek won the drawing for the 1979 Pontiac Trans Am in September.
The Trans Am is the 19th raffle vehicle produced by the college’s Transportation Division. It was restored by students in the Automotive Technology and Auto Body Technology programs.
A total of 6,307 tickets were sold this year. Proceeds will go toward scholarships for students in the college’s transportation programs and to help offset the cost of producing the next raffle car project.
