MCC Music Department performs ‘Americana’ selections for spring concert

McCook Community College’s spring concert, under the direction of Dr. Mirna Cabrera, was held Tuesday on campus with the theme Americana. The program included a number of American composers, themes and musical genres throughout history. Performers included the MCC Children’s Choir, the Chamber Ensemble and the MCC Concert Choir as well as a combined piece to close the program with both vocal groups.
