Sweet Saloon sticky buns sell out on Monday

Volunteer Linda Guenin pulls Sweet Saloon sticky buns out of the oven Monday at the McDaid Activities Center. The annual event serves as a fundraiser for the North Platte Community College Volleyball Team.

This year was a record year for pre-orders. By Monday morning, rolls had been sold out through Thursday. Volunteers will continue filling those orders all week. By the time they are finished, they will have made more than 800 dozen sticky buns.
