Why Study Engineering at MPCC?
The Mid-Plains Community College engineering curriculum mirrors that of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, College of Engineering. This allows students to take courses at MPCC for two years, then transfer to UNL as juniors beginning the third year. Students who plan to major in Agricultural, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, and Mechanical Engineering may begin this bachelor’s degree program at Mid-Plains Community College. Engineers with bachelor’s degrees enter an exciting, financially rewarding and emotionally satisfying profession.
Many of our students qualify for scholarships and financial aid, allowing them to complete their MPCC education with little to no debt!
