The public is invited to a fall recital at North Platte Community College on Nov. 27. The event will begin at 7 p.m. in the McDonald-Belton Theater on the NPCC South Campus, 601 W. State Farm Rd.

All music students currently taking private lessons at the college will perform. That includes vocal and instrumental soloists Maximus Wohler, of North Platte; Jon Wardyn, of Brady; Devin Wolcott, of North Platte; Josue Pop-Villa de Leon, of Lexington and Chantel Burch and Lisa Pickett, both of North Platte.

"The soloists will perform a variety of selections appropriate for all audience members," said Pam Koch, music instructor. "These are very talented performers, and we're hoping for a packed house."

The recital is expected to last about an hour. There's no admission charge.
